voco Kissimmee Orlando by IHG

I stayed at the VOCO Kissimmee Orlando while in town for film production meetings and the runDisney Wine & Dine weekend, and it hit the sweet spot for convenience and comfort. This renovated boutique hotel is charming, clean, and incredibly easy to navigate. I was able to walk out of my room, get in my car, and be parked at EPCOT for corral lineup in under 15 minutes — faster than staying on Disney property, and that extra morning sleep is gold for runners. The pool and workout room were in great shape, and I used both daily. Only downside as a runner: no hot tub — hopefully that’s on their upgrade list. I enjoyed the avocado toast at breakfast, and the location offers plenty of nearby restaurant options if you want variety. Front desk staff were welcoming and acknowledged my Diamond Elite status right away — plus the cookies at check-in are dangerously good. Despite noticing families with small kids one evening, my room stayed quiet. Poolside was lively at times, but never disruptive indoors. A solid stay, especially for Disney visitors who want boutique charm, quick access, and stress-free parking. I’ll be back.

Such a great value and the staff is friendly. The pool is kept in very nice condition. We had no problems with bugs or smells in our room, not sure what the other reviews are referring to. The lighting in the room could be brighter but that's a very minor nitpick. Also in walking distance to multiple decent restaurant options, like Italian, Sushi, Deep Dish Pizza, Filipino, etc.

The hotel was very accommodating to our group of ladies especially Stephanie! What great service with a smile. She went out of her way to help. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Great location and affordable.

The hotel is clean and the staff is amazing! Everyone was friendly and accommodating! The pool is gorgeous and they offer complimentary towels which is so convenient. No need to worry about drying yours out before packing. Stephanie was so helpful! She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had space for 4 avid scrapbookers to get our fix and scrapbook together while we were in town. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! The good. The rooms were very clean, the beds are very comfortable and I loved the pillows. Service was good, And the pool was warm. The bad The shower was warm at best, usually was ice cold. The tv kept loosing connection making it hard to watch a show. The water pressure in the toilet and shower was pretty bad. And the worst thing in our opinion was the hot tub was out of service. They have a shuttle to Disney free to guests but if you plan on going to universal and Uber if expect a 30-40$ each way uber

We had our flights into town cancelled last, and the support we received from Stephanie was phenomenal. We look forward to our upcoming visit in April. Highly recommend staying here.

This place was not all over the top but it was very clean and really nice place to stay. Lots of room. If we come back south we will definitely stay here again. Great place for families big or small. We have 6 and had 2 appointments but they are connected by a main door really nice set up.

Stayed at this recently converted Voco a few weeks ago and will be visiting again this weekend. Decently rehabbed rooms for a very reasonable price, which is appropriately set since a couple of amenities are missing (no breakfast, no hot tub). Explanation for no hot tub is that there isn’t enough space to install a disability lift, but after looking at the area I don’t believe that’s true. I’ve been to hotels with much smaller hot tub areas that made it work. Install the lift and get that hot tub working, please! Also, hotels in Orlando need to stop charging for parking. Everyone has a car, just include it in the price. Parking capacity is not limited. It’s just misleading to add it on after the fact. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are fine. Coffee good. The individually bottled toiletries were good but the product mounted to the shower wall was awful. Please dispose of that stuff!
